 It depends on your property size, system capacity, and local program. On average, every 100,000 sq ft of rooftop can generate up to $80,000 in annual lease income. We'll provide a custom estimate based on your specific site during the assessment. 

Yes. Properties with unused acreage in eligible territories can qualify. Our team evaluates ground-mount viability as part of the site assessment. Some of the strongest opportunities are in New Jersey, Maryland, and Illinois, where active programs are in place — though we work across all our markets.

No. As a host, you provide the space for the solar system, but continue to buy electricity as usual. If you’re also interested in on-site solar for your own energy needs, we can explore that as well. 



No. Once commissioned, the system is fully managed. Your only role is to collect lease income!

Options such as renewal, system removal, or transfer are defined in advance as part of the agreement.
