Doug leads company-wide operations and project execution across commercial and industrial energy projects. Since 2001, Doug has worked across all departments at Pfister, developing a deep understanding of every phase of project delivery.His expertise includes project structuring, financial modeling, and energy financing, and he plays a central role in scaling the company while maintaining the quality, consistency, and accountability for which Pfister is known.

Chief Strategy Officer
Sean leads corporate strategy and growth at Pfister Energy, overseeing sales operations, project development, project finance, contracting, and M&A.Since joining in 2018, he has helped scale the company’s expansion into new markets, led strategic acquisitions, and developed new energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients. He focuses on aligning financial strategy and project execution to deliver long-term value for customers.

Andrew leads battery energy storage growth at Pfister Energy, advancing the company’s integrated approach to energy solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.He focuses on incorporating storage into broader project strategies to reduce demand charges, enhance resiliency, and unlock additional value through market participation. His experience spans utility-scale BESS development, execution, and operations, bringing a disciplined, execution-focused approach to every project.

Janet Walsh

Janet serves as General Counsel at Pfister Energy, overseeing contract negotiations and legal matters across the company’s commercial and industrial energy projects. She joined the clean energy industry after a 28-year litigation career, most recently serving as Managing Partner of the New York office of Locks Law Firm. Her move into renewable energy followed a significant career pivot: Janet left legal practice to pursue an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, graduating in 2025. As she likes to say, her midlife crisis brought her to the climate crisis.
