About the role

The Inside Sales Lead at Pfister Energy is a key position within our commercial organization. The position requires a highly motivated, self-starter with great customer facing skills. Reporting to the Vice President of Originations and Sales, the Inside Sales Lead is responsible for initial outreach to targeted prospects with the intent of securing prospect meetings for Pfister’s originations and sales team. This Inside Sales Lead is instrumental in expressing the experience, benefits, and value of Pfister Energy to prospective new customers.

The Inside Sales Lead will work from targeted lists of prospective customers to introduce them to Pfister Energy, enumerate the benefits of renewable energy and secure introductory meetings for the other members of the Pfister commercial team.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers by telephone to promote the Pfister value proposition.
  • Explain the benefits of the Pfister turnkey approach to solar power and battery storage programs to prospective customers.
  • Adhere to and deliver scripted sales material, program, and promotional details over the phone.
  • Meet and exceed required performance metrics, including results and activity requirements.
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interactions.
  • Manage interaction between prospective customers and Pfister commercial team members to ensure a seamless introduction and transition.
  • Schedule presentation meetings for Pfister team members.

Qualifications/Required Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales role with experience overcoming objections and managing customer expectations.
  • Highly proficient with computers and dialer systems (this role requires extensive use of Hubspot CRM).
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is preferred.
