Solar Hot Water System
Overview
To offset part of their hot water heating expenses, Bernards Township Sewerage Authority chose to go solar. Pfister Energy installed a solar hot water system at their facility in Liberty Corner, New Jersey. Three Schuco Slim Solar Collectors were mounted to the standing seam metal roof, running glycol/water heat transfer fluid to an indoor 120-gallon storage tank.
